You Are Eligible to Claim for Exchange in Case the Seal of the Product Is Damaged or Missing or the Product Is Expired/about to Expire in a Month by Sending Us an Unboxing Video of the Product You Have Received. HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Once Your Return Request Has Been Placed With Customer Service, It Usually Takes About 15 Days to Have the Product Picked From Your Place. In Case You Are Sending the Product Back on Your Own, the Delivery Time Would Depend on Your Chosen Courier. Once the Item Is Received in Our Warehouse, It Undergoes a Product Inspection Which Takes About 2 Days.  Then Number of Days It Takes to Process the Refund and Credit the Amount to the Customer's Bank Account (Within 3-5 Working Days)


HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If for Any of Our Mistakes the Product Has to Be Returned (Like Damaged in Transportation or Manufacturing Defect) We Will Schedule a Pickup Using Our Logistics Partner, and Get It Picked Up at Our Cost. If Your Order Has Been Dispatched but Is Yet to Be Delivered, Please Do Not Accept Delivery and Contact Customer Care to Inform Them of the Same.

For Any Reason, if You Wish to Cancel Your Order Before Dispatch, You Can Just Cancel & Get a Full Refund Within 10 Working Days From the Date Your Cancellation Request Has Been Processed, by Contacting Our Customer Care Team.

  • You Have 10 Days to Cancel Your Order Under Our 10-day Return Period Policy, Which Starts on the Day After You Received the Item.
  • All Items Must Be Returned Unused and in the Original Packaging as They Were When Received by You.
  • Please Ensure That When You Inspect a Received Order, the Security Seals or Tags Are Still Intact.


If You Have Received a Wrong Item

In an Unlikely Case, if You Have Received a Wrong Item by Mistake, We Sincerely Apologize and Take Full Responsibility for That After Investigating the Issue.

To Receive a Refund or a Replacement, You Must Return the Item in the Same Condition You Received It and Within 10 Days From the Day on Which You Received the Item.
